Letter to Manager in Charge

September 26, 2000
Manager in Charge
3000 Splendid China Blvd.
Kissimmee, Florida 34747

Dear sir/madam,
We are writing again to ask to meet with representatives from Florida Splendid China to talk about the inclusion of the Tibetan, Mongolian and Uighur exhibits.
We are aware, according to the Orlando Business Journal, that the people representing Florida Splendid China have attempted to back out of the sale of the property and that a lawsuit to force the sale has been filed.
Additionally, our sources have indicated that Yang Guang (Mr. Sunny Yang, FSC President) is under house arrest in the People's Republic of China.
During these troubling times for Florida Splendid China, we do not wish to be a bother and add additional strain and worry, but since the opening of Florida Splendid China we have been asking for a meeting to discuss the five exhibits. Please contact us at your convenience so that we might clear up this controversy.
As on many occasions in the past, we will be commemorating the 51st anniversary of the takeover of Eastern Turkestan on the 14th of October 2000 beginning at noon in front of your facility. Our efforts will cease when we enter into good faith negotiations concerning the disputed exhibits or the bulldozers turn Florida Splendid China under.

Have a nice day,
Jack Churchward
