Dear Mr. Xiaoning Cao,
Without regard to your hand gesture the last time we saw each other in front of Florida Splendid China, I am hoping that you will take the opportunity to meet with us at your convenience. We are concerned about five of the exhibits at your facility and the information contained on the signs and repeated by the tour guides. We have been asking to meet with the management of Florida Splendid China since the grand opening in December 1993 to discuss these issues and have yet to receive even a phone call.
If you or your representative will meet with us before March 10, 2001, we will cancel the demonstration planned to commemorate the 42nd anniversary of Tibetan Uprising Day on March 10, 2001. Otherwise we will forge ahead in the new millennium with more demonstrations in front of your facility and other activities to focus attention on your unwillingness to speak with us and your continued illegal behavior with regards to not registering as an agent of the People's Republic of China with the US Department of Justice as required by Federal statutes.
