The Allied Committee of the Peoples of Eastern Turkestan, Mongolia, Manchuria and Tibet is an organisation set up to fulfill the aims of the peopie of the abbove countries. The committee considers His Holiness the Dalai Lama of Tibet as its guiding force and common spokesman. Common Voice is the bulletin of the Committee. It endeavours to highlight the activities of our different communities and to create public awareness of our struggle.
